Aaron is a rock star!
Love Love Love the skilled people who put this trailer together.  I think the unit originally was made with wood cabinets, but our unit was one of the first one with the metal interior (drawers).  We were expecting wood and got metal.  Yes!  Owned it for 3 years now and our only hiccup has been with the BMPro/Odyssey104.  That being said Aaron is always available to help.  Aaron shipped us a refurbished Odyssey link 104 (They now use Redarc), which was able to sync with our phone app.  The Android tablet died.  No big loss.  Everything else has preformed beautifully. Perfect for mountain adventures
Waking up early to prepare coffee for the trail crew used to be a challenge, but the G12 camper has completely transformed our experience. As base camp cooks for the Colorado Trail Foundation, my wife and I need a reliable, functional setup, and the G12 exceeds all expectations. Its compact, low-profile design is perfect for towing through mountain terrain, and the balance and storage capacity are outstanding—we can easily carry enough supplies to cook for 25+ people twice a day for a week. The optional heavy canvas insulation keeps the interior cozy, even in freezing temps, making mornings much more enjoyable. We have had our Arkto Camper for almost a year now, so I guess it is that time I wrote a review. I am someone who does a lot of research before making any purchase, especially one like this. So I depend on people writing reviews. During my research I found that everyone had nothing but good things to say. So I increased my effort to find the complaints, but I couldn't anything. So we took a leap of faith and contacted Aaron at Arkto Campers. Now, after (almost) a year of owning our camper and dealing with Arkto Campers, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Arkto Campers place customer service as high as the quality they put into their campers! Every customer becomes family. So if your wondering about the company and their customer service, your in good hands!
Now about the camper itself, I honestly don't think you can find a better quality built camper. The details they put into their design have purpose. The camper is so easy to setup.There is so much storage and space. We picked up our camper in mid April when temperatures are still pretty cold. We had no problem staying warm. The trailer tows extremely well, very well balanced! We picked it up at Arkto in Edmonton Alberta and pulled it home to Southern Ontario (3,826 km / 2,377.4 miles) with out any problems.

I have owned an Arkto G12 for over a year now and have been on countless trips with this camper. This trailer has seen everything from long HWY miles to all sorts of back country/dirt road adventures. Throughout this time period, I have been overly impressed with the build quality and capability of this rig.

Before purchasing the Arkto, I did a sizable amount of research on many different brands of campers that I felt had checked most of the boxes I required. The first time I saw/ walked through the Arkto, I knew immediately, it was a superior product. It is feature rich, built with high-quality components, tows extremely well, sets up super easy and the interior is extremely comfortable for prolonged trips. The only other comparable options, in my mind, teeter on the heavier side of the six-figure range.

I wasted no time and reached out to the Arkto Team, specifically Aaron N. and got underway with my build. We discussed every option to exhaustion to ensure that all the criteria I wanted was met. I was then given a timeline for completion and, as promised, my new camper was delivered within the ETA I was given. NO headaches, NO nonsense, just a super smooth transaction/delivery.

Beyond everything else, the customer service I have received from Arkto and Aaron has been the most valuable part of this purchase. I have never seen anything like it. I truly feel like I have a relationship with a company who stands behind their product and wants their customers to enjoy these rigs for many years. I cannot stress this enough, it is literally some of the best customer service/ communication I have experienced from any company, EVER.

If you are considering an Arkto camper, do not waste your time weighing comparisons as this is hands down the best option. We took delivery of our G12 a couple months ago and could not be happier. The build quality is top notch. Aaron and his team were always attentive and more than helpful in the ordering process. We added several extras on top of what they offer, Aaron took the time to make sure all that was perfectly integrated. Everything they offer is fully integrated, not just added on after the build. We looked at many trailers in this size range, the Arkto is definitely the best laid out and best equipped on the market. They have also taken the time to actually engineer the trailer, it is not some haphazard build, that meant a lot to us as we wanted to make sure our purchase would last us a long time.

For those not sure if an ARKTO Camper is the right choice,here is our 1 year review. Like all the reviews, you will read the build quality , materials used, equipment supplied, overall design and handling is without compromise. For us the best part is how well the camper suits our lifestyle. Whether we are travelling down the highway or over landing the roughest backcountry trails we feel secure that our camper will be our safe haven for the night no matter what the weather. No need for any stress,this camper trailer will go where you want and back without fail. After a great nights sleep the cabin offers a comfortable space to get ready for the day. We especially like preparing meals in the outdoor kitchen. The ushape design,sink stovetop, drop shelf and freezer/ refrigerator with  lids opening from both sides made meal preparation easy and enjoyable. All of this and protected by the 270 * awning that deploys easily. I know all of you will enjoy the outdoor shower after your day’s activities. When overlanding you will be thankful for the overall size of the unit and the offroad handling that allows you to access areas that other campers could not. We are detail oriented people that expect quality in our purchases with uncompromising customer support. Rest assured the ARKTO team will take care of all your needs.

Thoroughly enjoying our G12! It fits our family of 4 (plus bulldog) quite well! Its versatility and nimbleness make it a pleasure to tow (even through Toronto), and its functionality make boondocking in the most scenic places a breeze! Whether pulling into a campsite or along a Great Lake, this camper made our summer adventure one to remember! I stumbled upon Arkto campers several years ago while building my own off road camper.  We watched the Arkto G12 evolve and improve, ever so slightly, over the last two years and decided to take the plunge after meeting Aaron and seeing a G12 at Overland Expo this past summer.

We were pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail, quality of build and materials, and thoughfulness of the design.  Aaron and Matt were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire ordering and purchase process.  We opted to take delivery of our camper at the Arkto factory in Edmonton and had the pleasure of meeting the fine folks that put their craftsmanship, skills, and pride into building these amazing campers. We don't hesitate to tell others  that this was the single best customer service experence my wife and I have had in 30 plus years together!

We have travelled with our G12 for several months now and are extremely satisfied with the platform.  Its behavior in tow, ease of use, and the livability it provides make it our favorite RV purchase yet. Overall, the G12 has exceeded our expectations and we look forward to many more adventures and smiles with it in tow. We've had our Arkto for a full year now and are still thrilled with the design and build quality, the effortless purchase process, and the support that Aaron and the team have provided throughout. We can't say enough great things about the Arkto G12 and their talented team! We have been tent campers and knew that our "aging" bodies can't keep on sleeping on the ground, so we started our research a few months ago on what type of trailer would work for us as a family of 3. When my husband found the Arkto website through Google, we immediately could see this trailer ticked all the boxes and more! It's an amazing build with extremely high quality materials that are made to last. They created everything with the ease and comfort of the camper in mind. There is a HUGE amount of storage in this trailer, and having the motion sensor lights inside these outdoor cabinets is a genius thought. We love cooking on the outside kitchen since it's so easy to prep and cook (lots of room) and love having the cooler open from any side you like. The full size queen bed is more comfortable than our own bed at home, we all slept amazing in the trailer, including my son on the bench bed. The space inside is roomy enough for all 3 of us to get dressed at the same time. The trailer was easy to set up, and the useful videos they have on YouTube was a great learning resource for us before we took possession of the trailer.  We felt prepared and confident when we set out for our first time, and since we are total newbies to owning a trailer, this was a big deal. Aaron, Matt, and his team had great communication with us the whole time and were great at answering anything we needed. Their team even worked extra on the weekend to ensure they made the deadline they gave us for completion.  We know this trailer will give us many amazing adventures ahead, and we can't wait to get out and explore with this. Don't hesitate to buy this Canadian made, extremely well designed trailer, it is definitely worth the investment and will last you for many years to come. Its actually hard to put into words just how awesome Arkto Campers are but ill give it a try.. Top quality, attention to every small detail, built exceptionally well, comfortable, functional, every inch of space unitized, stylish, rugged. The G12 really has it all. Its the best off grid camper on the market hands down. It will take you places you may thought you couldn't go with a trailer.

Aaron and his team at Arkto Campers have built a trailer that will be the only trailer you will ever need. The customer service is second to none. Through out the whole process Aaron and his team are there to answer any questions and help you decide what options you may need for your G12. As first time camper owners, we wanted a trailer with some comfort and convenience that didn't limit us to campgrounds and provided us an experience that doesn't feel too removed from tent camping.  The well-constructed, durable Arkto G12 has been exactly as advertised and the perfect fit for us.  With the ample storage we can leave it mostly packed for spontaneous weekend getaways. We LOVE our G12!  We have found it extremely well designed and very well constructed. It has all the things we wanted, without all the fluff that we don’t.  My husband and I (and 2 dogs) primarily camp “off the grid” as a means to get away, reconnect with nature, explore, and travel.  The G12 has proven PERFECT for this.  We have owned one previous camper- a small pop up A-frame model that literally began falling apart within the first year of owning it.  The quality of construction of the Arkto has been refreshing.  Also, Aaron (the founder) has been extremely responsive to us with questions that we have had, and has gone the extra mile in making sure we know all the in’s and outs of the trailer. My family looked into a small, towable, camper for the simple reason of not wanting to sleep in a tent, or on the ground.  We spent two years looking and had some very negative interactions with other companies.  Arkto was the second company to make us feel like family.  We originally went with another company, but stumbled on Arkto (thanks Google), and they used superior products in their build.  Sheet metal vs plywood.  Not too mention Aaron is a rock star!  Always willing to give 110% to help out, or answer questions.  We are going on 1 year of ownership, with about a dozen trips under our belt, and fully endorse the Arkto camper!
